# Human-in-the-Loop (HITL)

Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) is a critical safeguard and design philosophy embedded within Launch Software's AI workflows.

While an orchestrated AI workflow can read incoming emails, classify intent, query a CRM, draft personalized responses, and schedule follow-up tasks in seconds, the most powerful aspect is human integration.

AI workflows are designed to include humans to participate where needed. Humans are prompted to:
* Inquire about direction or decisions
* Request feedback and reviews
* Provide final approval or specific instructions

This HITL approach ensures high-quality outputs, prevents unverified automation errors, and keeps human resources focused on building rapport and relationships with clients.
